I married my `Soldier Boy` in 1969 and spent 20 great years as an Army wife. We are still together and are now grandparents.

Would love to meet a nice guy in the forces but so far all I've managed to find are complete ****'s after spending 5 months talking to a squaddie serving in Afghan only to find 2 weeks before he comes back that he is married, and that's one of the better experiences. I have friends in the forces who are lovely guys so I haven't given up hope but maybe the Army could run courses for some of their boys on how to treat women!!!!!
