You must check the details of schools in the new location. Remember that many have their own websites for you to check over and provide info about their OFSTED report and the curriculum available. You should arrange a school visit personally as school reports are not the perfect indication of whether the school is right for your child. You have to apply as soon as you know the school that’s right, the earlier the better as places these days go quickly.
The MoD website has more information.
Secondly:

If you are not satisfied with the school place offered, you can appeal. We can offer advice on the process, help in the wording of the appeal and may be able to attend the appeal. The laws in Northern Ireland and Scotland differ slightly.
