Armed Forces Apprenticeships
HMForces.co.uk
The MOD offers Craft and Technician Advanced Apprenticeships in a range of armed forces careers and trades.
These serve the tri-services of Royal Navy, Army, and Royal Air Air Force. Therefore the disciplines include Air systems and Construction Disciplines, for example.
The types and numbers of apprenticeships vacancies each year are dependant on the projected business needs of individual establishments. So it isn’t just a matter of applying and getting a place. You need to start thinking about it early, do some research on what you’re interested in, then apply when you’re aware that vacancies are available.
Apprenticeships generally commence in August/September each year and last between 32 and 42 months depending on the course and the individual business needs of the establishment.
The MoD apprenticeships are fully in line with Government schemes – Successful candidates will therefore receive, on completion, the official Advanced/Modern Apprenticeship certificate from the awarding body.
There are currently no vacancies available but as soon as we have news we’ll publish it:
Royal Navy
Army
Royal Air Force
