Joining Incentives
All three Services in the UK Military have a number of specialised roles that they need to keep filled at all times. They offer incentives like Golden Hellos in areas that they find difficult to keep fully trained and staffed.
Most roles earn extra pay when they are on Operation, but some roles such as submariners or pilots are continually working and so earn extra bonuses.
