Hi, Thanks for putting your wildlife on your profile, can you get any of the Koalas? Don't ask for much do I! It looks like you and Dreme have a bit in common and he's English, isn't that the way you like them! Lol. No we never caught a glimpse of the Easter Bunny either, but she left enough chocolate for the kids to last a lifetime, 8 eggs each they got. When do you move to Darwin? How far is it away from where you are at the moment? Any difference in the type of Wildlife, compared to Coffs harbour?

Hi Cathy, pleased to meet you. Well I'm jealous already on 2 counts, first living in Oz! and 2nd having such fab wildlife right outside your window. I try and get the kids interested in the birds in the garden, which is working so far and have been dancing around our house like a thing possessed since a family of Blue Tits moved into our nest box last weekend. Can you imagine what I would be like if I saw your Koala!

It is still raining heavy, Ive had enough, will be a pleasure to get to Darwin, till the sweat is dripping off me and the local pub is my oasis.

We were in Oz from the beginning of Feb until the middle of March. We worked our way up the East Coast from Sydney to Cairns staying 2 weeks at my Aunts place in Sawtell.
Funny that your favourite UK town is York, it is twinned with Münster where I live. My address is Germany because whilst I was stationed here I married a local girl and automatically stayed here when I left the Army. There are loads of Brits here, there are 12 where I work.
Am I right in thinking you are off to Darwin soon? Coffs too wet at the moment????
