About Me
I five years back on March 13th 2005 at 1145 hours, broke my back in three places, T1-T4, So sadly I went into a General Hospital rather than a Spinal Injury Centre hence a giant muck up to me, but in 2007 I had the major op, it took eight hours, died twice in it, lost more fuel (blood) than could be pumped back into me. The lungs went down twice. Then after it was over I in ITU started to shut yet again, but the damage control team got my boilers back on to stream. But her from the shed was told to expect the worse. Then I got pneumonia, but after a couple of weeks in ITU, I got two weeks later another great dollop of pneumonia, and yet again the boilers were trying to shut down, but I refuse the padre and keep going. I vowed she would not get the insurance. Then I got told I got MRSA, my reply "O well that is the ice cream on the pudding". I got four titanuim rods from C6 to L1 all bolted and where the broken vertebra it was also caged, at the top and bottom are plates with wires and hooks and again to bolted to the rods. Now when you consider my mega fitness due to forces experience, that was all that saved me the spine specialist said. So now I try and make life the best I can do and get, I still aim to grab life by throat and shake it. I do huge amount of voluntary disbility campaining for major disability charites. I got my assistance dog Guy a flat coat retiever black, he is on smashing awesome dog, stand at 2'6" tall and I adore him to bits. . So I am trying my level best to keep up the smile and still take the old wee juice and make mischive as always, as was said in my service career when yet another charge at Captains table he said why don't I just paint white footprints on the deck as I seem to be always before him, I replied at least I am not boring (extra galley duties for that remarks and cleaning the deep fat friers)

    Hi I been at a disability event in Birmingham for three days I am a bit tired and werry but other wise I am fine and raring to get back on to the board thnk you a million times for asking after me I cannot express my deepast thanks to you for that. Please dont let those women near me I love to died a nice death not with some big mum ma doing awful things to my body
