The idea of having a Members Meet Up has been discussed on another thread but we need to get more feedback off you the member to see if it is worth carrying on with the idea.

We were thinking of using the Union Jack Club as the venue for the weekend of Friday 16th/Saturday 17th of April 2010. Most people need to organise time off work and / or travel arrangements therefore a quick response would be appreciated.

All accomodation and travel arrangements must be made by the Members themselves, this is purely a social unsupported gathering outside of the HM Forces website.

Please add your comments and feedback!

Ps. There is another meet up being proposed for those that live in North England  and Scotland! No details available, sorry!

Thanks Dreme - thanks for taking the iniative on this - I will however try and get HMForces.co.uk involved officially as much as I can but the meet up is unlikely to be officially endorsed until later in the year or next.

Needless to say, I'll be booking that weekend free so I can make it to the UJ and Ed too.

Hi Guys & Gals,

Not going to be able to do April.  Arrive back in Spain, flights from UK are booked, from Malaya on 8th April but have to return to UK on 6th May - so it's a bit of a busy period for me.  I would dearly love to be there to meet the characters but unfortunately not possible this time.

Sorry, can't get the day off work, I have to book all my holiday the year before so have already got all my holiday booked until April next year, crap system but nothing I can do about it unfortunately!

Can't make it in April, going to the Maldives in 12 days for our RAF Gan reunion, then to York in April for another Gan reunion, down to Englandshire in June, during the World Cup, will have to watch what I say when Englandshire are playing, then to Liverpool in August for Beatleweek 2010, then Cyprus in October. Sorry, as I would love to meet some of you gentlemen, and you as well Dreme!!!
