hi im 15 and im joining the army got my fitness soon i will be in in january if i pass just wonderd if there was any one who could help me out im not the fittest of lads and i no i have to do the mile and a half so far iv been doing a mile every day any thips on how i can easyly get the mile and a half to 10 minutes or less



EDIT: im thinking of being an gunner special observer if not then infantary

thanks for that but did any one else join when they were 16 (because i will be 16 by the time i get in) and could tell me how they prepared them selves prefrable some one who wasent already fit as i never use to regularly exersise atall i just really started recently

yer but you had your entry tests dident you you had to of prepared for them as u wouldent of passd ?? of am i missing something hear

boy how things have changed..... i believe they even teach english now........ and get fit oh deep joy .....what a legacy we have left .........
