Posted about 1 year ago A reminder for ex forces and people who are due to leave the Forces and have housing issues. go to www.haighomes.org.uk. I currently rent a house from them in SW London as a mortgage is out the question but Haig have estates allover the UK, the largest one being mine in Morden. The houses are modern and well maintained and a very reasonable rent,mine is £501 pcm for 3 bed and long term tenancies, after a short time they become lifetime tenancies and you have the ability to pass the tenancy on once ie, to spouce in the event of your death.You may have to go on a waiting list and some of the estates are quite small but its worth a visit. |
