rejoining royal navy

Posted about 1 year ago hi everyone I left the royal navy submarine service 19 months ago and it is a decision i've come to regret. I enquired at my local afco around 8 months ago and they tell me that they no longer accept applicants who financial outgoings are more than 50% of their income, which rules me out. I understand it does include mortgages and any joint finances with a partner. Does anyone know anymore about this? Do they still have this rule at the moment? How far does it extend? I miss the navy alot and am pretty desperate to get back, just don't really wanna have to sell my house and lose my girlfriend to do it. any help will be massively appreciated jimmy |

| Posted about 1 year ago Hi jimmybeatle and welcome. I cant answer your question I´m afraid but it does seem a little strange to me, I would have thought nearly everyone has more than 50% outgoings from their income, I certainly do Have you considered joining the Reserves?
Women should be obscene and not heard! Never regret what you have done, only what you havent!!!! |
