Posted about 1 year ago I am 16 and ive been wanting to join the armed forces for ages now and most of my family have been in the armed forces aswell , and i was wondering wether if there is anything in the armed forces for me at all ? The reason why i am asking this is because i have asthma and i was told i wouldnt be able to join at all , so is this true ?? |

| Posted about 1 year ago Hi and welcome. The simple answer is that you have had to have stopped using your inhaler for a minimum of 4 years. This has to be documented on your medical records held by your GP!
