Posted about 1 year ago hi i was wondering if u could be a pilot in the navy if u have suffered from asthma before, i am 17 now and i stopped using an inhaler 8 years ago.

| Posted about 1 year ago Hi DPH and welcome. The rule of thumb for asthma sufferers in the Forces is that you have to have stopped using your inhaler for 4 years. The Navy website doesnt say anything different but there may be special criteria for aircrew.
