| Posted about 1 year ago Hi in answer to your question press ups are one of the most common tests for upper body fitness that we do,but so many struggle with them! To improve your press ups you must try an easier version, such as box press up. This will allow you to build arm and upper body strength, so you can develop full your press ups. There is also the wall press up which will still strengthen arms and chest, by standing against the wall in a diagonal (/) legs further away pushing on arms as normal. Try completing 10 press ups every other day, doing six full and the rest on your knees, doing three sets of 10 every other day. the reason its every other day is becasue you could be trying to do too much and over loading that muscle group. aim to try and add one more full press up each week till you build up to 10 etc. having a good core stabiliy is vital for press ups, possibly practice the plank which is a full press up on you elbows holding for 10 seconds. yoiu should do three sets of 10 increasing you 10 second time up to a minute do these again every other day. You could alternate the plank and press up every other day etc. Hope this helps Boris

| Posted about 1 year ago Hi all, just finished training a client this morning and we had a great work out called 100S we took 10 exercises and done 100 reps of each exercis, you can do it as all in one or sets of 10,but you must complet 100 reps. this will help to tone you up, work your cv, burning fat and keeping you fit. 15 to 20 mins and its work done! try this 5 for starters,do a 5 min warm up and finish with a 5 min cool down: press ups lunges tri dips squats sit ups train well!
